ADVANCED SHOULDER PATCH

REQUIRES:
Scanned or Faxed copy of Advanced ID received before shipment.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Same as the shoulder patch below, but is extended at the bottom to include the ADVANCED designation.  Uses same color threads as the regular shoulder patch for consistency of design.

Sew on only.  Meets SLED policy.

ADVANCED ROCKER PATCH

REQUIRES:
Scanned or Faxed copy of Advanced ID received before shipment.

REGULATION:
Wear on the Class A UNIFORM shirt, Class B BDU shirt, coat or jacket.  One on each shoulder, sewn under existing shoulder patch. 

SPECIFICATIONS:
Sew on only.  Meets SLED policy.

BADGE PATCH

REGULATION:
Wear on the Class B uniform POLO SHIRT, CONSTABLE COAT or JACKET

SPECIFICATIONS:
3 ¼ inches high.  Can be sewn on a shirt or jacket. Place just above the left breast pocket.   Meets SLED policy.

SHOULDER PATCH

REGULATION:
Wear on the Class A UNIFORM shirt, Class B BDU shirt, coat or jacket.  One on each shoulder. 

SPECIFICATIONS:
4 ¾ inches high.  Sew on only.  Meets SLED policy.

HAT PATCH

REGULATION:
Must be worn on a midnight blue baseball style cap.

SPECIFICATIONS:
 2 ¼" high with heat seal on back.  Can be sewn or ironed on to a cap that meets Policy.  Meets SLED policy.

BACKPATCH

REGULATION:
The words Police and State Constable must be worn on the back of each uniform component be it shirt, vest or coat while working with law enforcement.

SPECIFICATIONS:
11 inches wide 5 inches high, actual patch will be medium bright gold thread on black twill and a gold bead on the edge.  Sew on only.  Meets SLED policy.

NOTE PERTAINING TO THE GOLD THREAD IN THE BACK PATCH.  Certified SWAT Officers and some trainers I have talked to have said the back patch needs to be bright enough to tell other officers who you are in a gun fight, but not bright enough to create a target for the front site of a bad guy's gun.  Therefore we have chosen the color shown in the pic on the left.
