Black with 3M white, high visibility reflective material.  

Velcro open/close front.  Adjustable sides.  Meets SLED policy requirements.  
Vest is made from a black tight weave mesh polyester material.  Very lightweight with a wide, four inch white reflective band which has the words POLICE embedded on the front and back.  A smaller one inch reflective band goes over each shoulder.  The words STATE CONSTABLE are on the back of the vest above the POLICE in white.
